Overcoming Depersonalization Disorder

Anyone read or used this book?

It's a mindfulness & acceptance guide to conquering feelings of numbness and unreality.

I have it.. and Overcoming Depersonalization & Feelings of Unreality...

not read them, because every time I start, I get too derealized and depersonalized.

It's one of those disorders that gets worse if you pay attention to it.

Re: Overcoming Depersonalization Disorder

Yeah I used to tell people that I'd tell them about it, but it's transmitted just by talking about it. Very contagious.
