CHADD's February "Ask the Expert" chat featuring Matthew Cohen, Esq.,
will focus on the rights of students with AD/HD under the nation's
special education laws. The chat is scheduled for Thursday, February 24,
from 9-11 pm, EST. A former CHADD president, Mr. Cohen is well known
for his expertise in special education and mental-health law. He has
been the principal litigator in a number of critical special education
cases, and is the primary or collaborating author of several amendments
to the mental health and special education law of Illinois.
