Exclamation ADD and feeling unreal, robotic, disconnected? HELP NEEDED!

I have a problem I hope you can help me with!

Two days ago I decited to go for a walk which I often do. I always walk with my headphones and my favourite music on. After waking for a few minutes I started loosing focuse. I couldn't really enjoy the music, it just seemed to irritate me. I started feeling confused and unreal. Like my surroundinga was fake. Everything g seemed to close and stil far away. Kind of 2D. It got worse and I wanted to go home, but my Mind and body seemed to be disconnected in some way, and I just walked. Unable to stop or turn around. I stopped several times, just standing there and looking at absolutely nothing, like I was paralysed. I had to sit down, picked ud flowers, grass and whatever to prove to myself that this was reality. I walked 5 kilometres and it got a little better. Since that I have felt dreamy, disconnected and unreal. I have less focus than usually and I feel nothing like myself. My movements are robotic as if my mind were a whole other place.. My psychiatrist thinks it's a virus or just stress, but it's really annoying me and I'm actually kind of scared that Im loosing my mind.

I hope this I readable, even tho My mind is very foggy and unclear right now..

Re: ADD and feeling unreal, robotic, disconnected? HELP NEEDED!

Since this is the first time you've had this, your doctor is almost certainly right. Get the basic things correct in your life (good sleep every night, healthy food for every meal, enough water, a good friend to talk to) for a few days first, before you worry about mental problems of any kind.

Postmodernism, the school of 'thought' that proclaimed 'There are no truths, only interpretations' has largely played itself out in absurdity, but it has left behind a generation of academics in the humanities disabled by their distrust of the very idea of truth and their disrespect for evidence, settling for 'conversations' in which nobody is wrong and nothing can be confirmed, only asserted with whatever style you can muster.
