allergic reaction? AD withdrawl symptoms?

I am a mess right now. I stopped taking cymbalta to start wellbutrin and am having 'brain shiver' withdrawl symptoms. Yuck! I also have developed a rash. I had a rash while on cymbalta which I thought was photosensitivity. that rash went away and now the same type of rash has appeared again but it is in places that don't see the sun so I know its not photosensitivity!

anyone have a similar experience? Blah!

No personal experience, but the "brain shivers" thing does sound somewhat similar to the "brain zaps" a lot of people talk about when withdrawing from antidepressants. The rash does seem to indicate some kind of allergy, though it may not be to the medication.

I think a quick call to the doc's office wouldn't hurt, or, at least bring it up at your next appointment.
