Do you think that this speciation event will ever be recognised?

Maybe not during - but afterwards; is it possible that the transition will be so 'smooth' so as to happen without manybody noticing?

I guess - in a far less ominous way - 'Invasion of the Body snatchers'.

Do you think any of this will fall out when we start to get our head around our mind?

SB.

Funny to think how none of this is being driven by conscious processes. Though in a way, I guess it is, conscious process at the wheel, wearing a blindfold.

More films with nonlinearity, multiple threads and convergent/divergent storylines...Eternal sunshine of the spotless, Night on Earth and Sliding doors.

If the common model being extended was love, would we do dis honor by buying and selling the common model?

art->love->common model

Re: AD/HD related themes in movies...

I'd like to suggest a TV show - House

House is based loosely on the character of Sherlock Holmes. Holmes is a character that has unusual abilities, distinct character flaws, and uses drugs to control or advance his condition as need be. In film, these aspects of Conan Doyle's writings are often watered down, or ignored, deemed to controversial to handle in the medium of popular entertainment.

Part of the mystery of House is deciphering what condition the character suffers from. Sometimes it's been characterized as Aspergers, ADD, and more often addiction. A strong theme in the show is how far are we willing to accept the flaws of a unique personality in order to benefit from their unique abilities.

Re: AD/HD related themes in movies...

Equilibrium

I just finished watching it. It has christian bale and emma watson from the red dragon. This movie is very similar to the matrix in some themes and v for vendetta. I really encourage ppl to check it out- and there are some great moments that mimic times in my life when I wake up in the morning and have no stim working on me and I think to myself: "do I want to feel for a while longer in bed or get up and take my pill and conform for the rest of the day?"

let me know what y'all think of it
