California rocket fuel Effexor+Remeron

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any luck in treating depression and anxiety with Remeron and Effexor. I've been on few antidepressants over the years but none of them ever helped. Currently, I'm on 450MG of Effexor and it doesn't do anything at all. No side effects and no help from that med. I'm also on 30mg Vyvanse for ADD and it only helps me to stay awake. I'm going to see psychiatrist and I was wondering if I should ask for Remeron as add-on or maybe completely switching to Tricyclin. Any ideas, guesses or suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!!
