Medication Advice

Hi, I'm new. Ive been treated for ADD for 25 years. Ive taken Ritalin (useless), Adderal (anxiety crash at even low doses with klonopin), Dexedrine-most amazing, esp. with Chronic Fatigue, 500mg coffee works well. Modafinil (mild but effective, tolerance, no perscription, piracetam(mild, needed larger dose??) with Alpha CDG?).

I am looking for a medication to add to Dexedrine or replace it, which comes as prescription and doesn't cause dry mouth or insomnia.

Thanks!!

What effects are you looking for the added medication to have? Are you experiencing side effects from the Dexedrine you wish to curb, or...?
