In remembrance
((((HUGS)))) to all of you....I'm sorry if I'm pulling anyone's mood down, but I just feel a connection to all of you because one of my best friends in the world suffered from Fribromayalgia and CFS. She passed away on September 12, 2003. She had so much love to give. It extends in me so I give my love to you. Best of luck to you all....

So Sorry
My sympathies. Give yourself permission to cry and grieve. Don't feel you have to be a certain way for approval. Avoid that ADD trap.
Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Becky

Thanks for your thoughts, Becky. I guess grief comes and goes with small triggers encountered throughout life. Take care...
