Bipolar/ADD/fibro/CFS anyone?
How much can one person have and does anyone else have all three? Could it be possible that the fibro is a result of stress and not actual fibro?
As you can guess, I am a licensed massage therapist and since recently stopped doing so many massage the body pains have eased up but still flare up at times. I have a hard time being able to journal to keep track of when everything occurs. I guess I am just curious if anyone else is going through this?

Yes, I have more labels than I care to count...I try to wear them proudly but I am unfortunately there with both of you, wondering just how much more I can handle

I know this sounds like left field but... check this out...a board certified sleep specialist. The sleep specialist I see has been doing well treating CFS, ADD, BP, Fibro ..., reducing symptoms significantly, by testing for and treating specific sleep disorders. There are new medications out, new tests, new knowledge about the link between sleep disorders and other medical conditions, but don't expect to find it in your GP's office, or in your psych appointment, it will have to be someone who is really a specialist and has a proficiency so high in sleep that he/she is a "board certified" sleep medicine specialist. The Dr I see is having promising results. Again, it may be left field but when you think about it, if you have a sleep disorder that you don't know about, and it goes on and on and on for years, wouldn't that have some debillitating effects on some patients - loss of sleep - long term?
I sleep like a log so I didn't think i lacked any sleep but .... Wrong again. With diagnosis and treatment, I feel so much better each day! Hope that helps! Jon
