Hi everyone,

I found a lot of very interesting videos about ADD on YouTube and I wanted to share them. There's all kind of videos and they are very fascinating for ADDers and also very good for people who want to understand a little bit more about it. If you have time to watch all of them I won't be lost time. I put them in four categories and I will make a post for each to make discussion easier. So there's the first part;

Mathieu,

The first video was great! I had my wife watch it and she said yes, that is you. I just wanted her to see that I am not the only person who has thier thinking go "all-over-the place". It was a good concrete example for her to see someone else think and process things the way I do. It still frustrates and drives her crazy but I feel better that she knows it is not just me and I'm not a freak. Thanks...

I also could only watch parts of some of the other videos you posted and went off on my own with other ADD videos posted on youtube. Got a bit distracted I guess. That is the story of my life!!!
