Hi - I'm a new member, have recently been diagnosed with adhd (as an adult), suspected I had it for years but never got around to a doctor. Currently working full time, studying at university part time, live in Australia with my dog.

Is that your dog? Welcome to your dog too! Bull dog? Labrador? Mixed? ..mastif (nah!) Boxer? [uh, I'm turning my head sideways trying to tell!] It's amazing how angles like that in photos seem to have more energy, I like the picture!

thanks to all for your kind welcome!!!

the dog is Trixibelle & she is an english staffordshire bull terrier - we often joke she has add as well because she is always hyper (she always prances & taps her front paws with excitement)

it is pretty nice here in Sydney at the moment sunny during the day & approx 28-30 degrees celsius (really t-shirt weather)
