Making a Presentation

So, I've been working this project since May of this year; it's now time to present all the findings to my department management, as well as the 3 department heads(which are only like 4 steps away from the CEO) for a well known company, in America at least.

Anyway, I don't do public speaking...it's the whole reason I have avoided any major that required me to take speech class. I am a nervous wreck...this can make or break my career.

In general I have an issue with getting off topic and going off into tangents...I really neeeeeeed to avoid this tomorrow...
Any hints, tips, tricks that anyone could think of that might be beneficial for anything, especially my stomach(I feel like I've waited 3 hours to a ride a roller coaster and now that I'm about to get on the ride I want to chicken out) it would all be appreciated...alot...like a lot alot lol
