Exclamation Straterra & Insomnia

What have some of you "Straterra Veterens" done to get back to sleep after waking up in the MIDDLE of the night ?? (I've been waking up at 3:30-4:30am every night this week! :0

Footnote: Last week I went from 40mg a day to (1) 40mg /AM (1) 40mg @2:PMish'- so by default I'll try cutting back to one a day!!

I'm going to nix the 2pm gig' until I get a handle >> b-cuz no one wants to wake up at 3:30 / 4am and watch CNN with me!

I take my strattera at bedtime and noon. No insomnia here

That's when I take mine, and I got insomnia bigtime--2:30 am everyday. And I don't have cable!!

i usually wake up at like 530 or 600 am and then can't get back to sleep.. it is so frustrating. :cry:
