just came back from the sleep diagnosis
i think i have nacrolapsy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narcolepsy
Sleep paralysis& delusions are associated with nacrolapsy. i get those + muscle weakness when strong emotions occure.. and i will fall into uncontrollable sleep without noticing that hours pass at times.. So i just wanted to let ya'll know this is condition is called nacrolapsy because i read some of your posts here. Seing "ghosts" and "aliens" is part of nacrolapsy too, due to the delusional stages of the sleep parlysis occurences. |
