HELP! ritalin + solian + effexor

I am taking effexor (venlafaxine) 225mg and Solian (amisulpride) 100mg. My doctor just put me on ritalin, which I used to take many years ago. When I used to take ritalin 5 years ago on its own it worked but I had some side effects of agitation when the ritalin would wear off. This time, in combination with the effexor and the solian, the only effect of the ritalin is to make me extremely edgy, irritable and anxious. It is not helping me concentrate or focus.

Has anyone else tried ritalin in combination with effexor or solian? Could it be that one of these drugs is preventing the ritalin from having positive effects or increasing the anxiety effects?

Please help! I am feeling absolutely awful and my doctor is of no use.

Solian is an anti psychotic which will block the ritalin from being as effective. Lower it to 50mg which should reverse the effect of the solian giving it a more dopaminergic effect because at low doses of solian it is more dopaminergic but at high doses it just is a dopamine antagonist. Which stops the pleasant feelings from the ritalin.

I should add the drug leaflet says 100mg gives an energising effect but I have read peoples comments that they had an energising effect at 50 and 100 made them really drowsy.
