Omega-3
There are some studies that link ADD to Omega-3 deficiencies.

I have tried these type of things but find anything with fish oils in makes me physically sick no matter what I take them with and I have constant feelings of nausea after for a couple of hours.

Have you tried Flax seed oil instead of the fish oil?

Yes, Flax seed oil also has Omega-3.
