GREAT ARTICLE, THANK YOU!!
There is no Support Group's or Therapy ( except what the phycologist's has to offer, if anything) here in my town or surrounding area, at least that is what my phycologist said.
Guess iIll have to do som research and see if there is anything available.
Otherwise these boards and another forum I belong to is my Support & Coaching, and only friends s that I have,so far, that I know of who has ADHD!
So, thanks for being here!

Funny. When I grew up they minimized my strenghts and maximized my weakenesses. Good article. Thanks.

Dx: Alcoholism, ADHD, PTSD, BP II, and PMDD.

Meds: Ritalin, Lamictal and Zyprexa PRN. Med list may change without notice, because I don't notice stuff.

I wish there were life coaches in Arkansas, unfortunately there's pretty much nothing here in Arkansas..... =[
