Magnesium taurate or Lithium Orotate
Hi All,
Well I'm new to the board and just recently at the age of 32 have been diagnosed as a classic case of ADHD. I want to start by saying how incredibly helpful this forum has been for me in many ways. Since diagnosed I've been taking Vyvanse and it's been ok, but after reading up on it and the effects the body goes through with ADHD medication I decided to take the right Vitamins / Minerals. I specifically checked out all this info on Magnesium Taurate and Lithium Orotate because my Mood Swings, Anger Moments and just flat out Feeling Drained. Does anyone know the diffrence between these two because I'm completely lost :-( Also, can they can be taken together or even after the medication wears off? Once again, much thanks guys for all this info you guys have posted on here! I truly appreciate it.
