Ritalin effects on me.....

Need some guidance. I have taken Adderal XR 20 mgs a day, and or Dexedrine ER 10 mgs two times a day. I decided to give Methylin ER a shot @ 10 mgs twice a day. The difference I find is Ritalin feels like a muscle relaxer and makes me kind of lazy. I’m normally hyperactive, impatient and bored extremely easy. Adderall and dex make me a bit speedy, confident and always wanting to work, clean, or stay active. However it feels like to the extent I’m over doing it. I like how Ritalin slows me down, however it doesn’t give the energy or clarity AMP does. Is this dose related or simply how Ritalin effects me? Hard to tell for sure I guess, unless you have been in places.

Adderal is stimulant while ritalin is stimulant and anti psychotic and much weaker then adderal, when someone switches from Ritalin to Adderal he lowers the dose (like:Ritalin:10 mg so Adderal:5 mg), so I don't understand why you took lower dose of ritalin then your regular Adderal dose, if you feel sleepy then its sign for too low dose, when Ritalin works he gives the energy to study, and makes you want to study while you more relaxed and calm(at least thats what happends to me)

That is what I was prescribed. So if I was on 20 mgs of dex or 20 mgs of Adderral XR I should be taking 40 mgs of Methylin ER?
