Running out of Adderall Xr & wellbutrin

So I started Adderall XR not too long ago, and it helped SO much. my doctor prescribed the 10mg, but when I told her that it doesn't do much at all, she told me that on certain days I could take 20mg, and even up to 30 mg, and then some days I dont need it not to take it.(because she has to wait a month to prescribe another script) I am running into a problem though because I've got this whole week to study and next week are finals:9 days I need to cover..and only 10 pills left. I also have wellbutrin prescribed that I should have been taking...but I stopped

So what do I do? Has anyone noticed a combination with wellbutrin to help w/ concentration at all?

she doesn't have to wait a month to write another prescription if she elects to change your dosage. there is no basis for her telling you that if you need to increase your dose at times you then need to counter that by not taking any medication on some days so it lasts a month. any prescription written for a different dose or amount of pills is considered a "new" prescription and can be written and filled before 30 days.

I don't think she lied to you.
I think she was just not paying attention.
Did you tell her that you are taking more doses?
call them and tell them that you have been taking increased dose as she suggested and now you are running out of pills.
Not a problem. I had to do the same thing in the beginning.

call and let the doc know you need more pills
10mg xr per day is not very much really. Increasing the dose is to be expected
