Adderall XR 30 mg + Zoloft 300 mg - Any comments?

Hi,

Any opinions on taking Adderall XR 30 mg with Zoloft 300 mg in the morning?
This is for ADHD/OCD/MDD/SAD.

no stoppin for you huh man? at least your posts are mostly consistent. stop messin with these meds before you end up in the hospital again with another near fatal hypertensive crisis... just cuz legal, abusable drugs exist doesnt mean theyll help you or you should take them. true, with a script its not self medication, but that also depends what u tell the doctor to get that script. again, lookin at ur posts (that ive replied to in the past), and for everyone else, your SSRI/NDRI/anti-depressant doses are always sky high for some reason and u end up with a problem on your hands from the amphetamines....self medicating with someone elses xanax/temazepam to solve this? theres obviously something there not for you....its probably the amp

take care man, and dont hurt urself for fun (and with your severe anxiety, adderall wont help, dex might be tolerable, but you know where thats brought you before)

The problem I had in the past was the bupropion and the St. Johns Wart had raised my blood pressure too high. The Xanax and Temazepam I had taken were prescribed to me, so I wasn't self-medicating. Anyway, I couldn't tolerate Zoloft at 300 mg, so I'm just taking 100 mg in combination with the amps, and I'm doing fine. Thanks for the concern though.

i was talkin about when you said you took your dads meds for something (self medicatin), i thought it was xanax or a benzo, but it mighta been somethin else to calm down/lower ur bp (which benzos do too), it was a while ago so i dont remember which pill it was u took that was ur dads....but yeah, i was just expressin concern, hope all is well

It was Prinivil. I had called the hospital first and asked if I could take it, and they confirmed there was no drug interactions and it was ok for me to take it, but if my blood pressure were to go down, I may get drowsy, so I should lie down. They also said to come in if there were any further complications, but luckily there weren't any. I'm not going to take bupropion or St. Johns Wart again.
