How long until tolerance builds to the cardiovascular effects of concerta?

Hi all,
In a sort of followup to my previous post (Ritalin and blood pressure):

I'm a healthy 31 year old, 175cm, 75kg, aerobic exercise on a regular basis (3-5 times a week), normal resting BP ~ 120/80, pulse 60.

Started treatment for ADD (inattentive) about two months ago, prescription: 72mg Concerta, or 20mg Ritalin up to 3 times a day.

When using Concerta, my blood pressure is significantly higher: up to the range of 145/85, pulse 80.

I've read that after a period of adjustment, the effect on the blood pressure should be lowered.

Last week (second week of December):
I've used 72mg dose (Monday), 36mg dose (Tuesday), 54mg dose (Friday).
This week (third week of December):
54mg dose (Sunday).

My last BP measurement was at 16:40, local time, and read BP: 146/87, pulse 64.


Do you know how long until tolerance is supposed to build?
Should I better stop it altogether, and ask for a different medication?
(I don't want to use Amphetamines, what about Tenex?)
