I increased from 36mg Bid to 54mg qd W/ 10 mg ritalin in evening, sim side effect?

Ok, so I have given this new dose a week before I give too much thought to its benefits and or side effects. Here is my personal thoughts about the last week:

1. definite increase in focus
2. increase in irritability
3. increase in anxiety
4. increase in frustration level

I am wondering if 2-4 are due to being albe to see how behind I really am. I am totally frustrated that I have some LIFE ALTERING decisions to make, and think I know where to start, but don't feel like I have the time to DO
what I need to. My biggest problem, symptom, with my, ADD-combined ,is changing focus from one task or thought process to another. This is a HUGE anxiety issue for me. Staying at home with a 3 year old dictates that my focus be constantly changing. I am wondering if this dose is helpful or not due to my current situation. WHAT DO YOU THINK. I could use some outside opinions from others with ADD on Concerta. We have alot of insight, so please share!!
