We got at least 22cm of snow since yesterday evening.
I love it.
Snow is so magical & beautiful.

I didn't know how centimeters compare to inches, but the photos tell the whole store. It's quite a bit of snow, especially since it looks like a heavy wet snow.

Our last snow was just a bit more than that, but not as wet, and with a lot of wind that piled it up into some pretty big drifts. That was a couple of weeks ago and it's been so cold ever since that it hadn't melted much except on the roadways. Yesterday the temps finally got above freezing and some of the snow melted, more will melt today and on Wednesday they are predicting it will reach 48 Fahrenheit - bet I see people out with no coats or jackets that day!

The snow around here never lasts more than a week, I'll be glad to see the last of it. I'm tired of having to walk so carefully, I can trip over my own feet on a good day, snow and ice make me very cautious.
