Switched from Vyvanse to Adderall XR - ADD improved,libido worse-Wellbutrin increase?

Hey, sorry about the title... I didn't know how to condense it enough to fit ;-)

Anyway here's the deal...

I was on Vyvanse which was okay; I switched over to Adderall XR because before Vyvanse that's what I took; I felt like it gave me a better energy boost than the Vyvanse. When I started taking Adderall XR again, it did give me more energy and I like it much more than Vyvanse.

I am also on Wellbutrin XL. Right now, I am at 300mg. My doctor mentioned I could increase it up to 450mg if I wanted to.

The reason I'm on these medications, in addition to my ADD, is also my depression and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia.

These meds are noted for their stimulant-properties as you probably already know.

The problem is, my libido is down. I get the desire, but then I can't get it up. This is a known side effect of some amphetamines. I didn't have this problem with the Vyvanse.

However, I like the Adderall XR so much more that I really don't want to go back to taking Vyvanse.

So, I'm hoping that increasing Wellbutrin XL from 300 to 450 (max dose) will help.

Does that sound reasonable? I know there's Viagra and similar medications and such meds similar to Viagra that you can take on a regular basis, not just when you want to become aroused. But I haven't discussed these meds with my doctor and I would rather not have to take another pill.

Anyway, I did call my doctor and so I'll see what he has to say.
