Help ....oh help !!!....can't figure out how to post photos....

.............Oh I want to post some photos....and I have been to the FAQs .......and I simply cannot figure out how to do so .......I can only find something that askes me if I want to add pictures, and I say yes and it wants a ULR ..........I don't got no stinking ULRs ....I want to BROWSE !!!! the way I add photos to any other place I have ever been to,......


.....pluuuusssss.......down at the bottom of this very page it tells me I cannot post attachments ....the other way to post photos......

.....why can't I post attachments ???? I been good !!


( I am dying to post some photos of beads I made over on a crafts thread ...and I can't ....wwwaaaaaaaaa)

Here is a way for you to post those pics

Start a photo album on your profile page>

Hit Upload>browse (this will take you to your pc's photo albums) > select>enter

You can now copy/paste the pic to the thread/post, using the icon on top (looks like a square-mountain)

There are other ways, somebody else can rply to i.e using flicker etc..

Its a learning curve for sure

Once you have uploaded your picture to your album

Hightlight the 'BB Code' (second one) you'll see it

With your keyboard> press on control button & the letter C at same time.
This will make a copy

Go to where you wish to post your picture> hit the picture add icon>
Almost done

Using your keyboard> press control button & the letter V at the same time.

This will paste your selection

Hit submit and BAM! You have your picture ready for viewing

That's probably the easiest way to do it. If not, you can use the other method Addr suggested using flickr. Sign up for an account on www.flickr.com (if you have a Yahoo! Account, you can simply sign in). You can use their easy-to-use interface to upload your photos. After you have your photos uploaded, you can right-click on any photo and choose "Properties". The address (URL) is displayed and you can either copy and paste that into the box here or you can just manually type it.

I tried to keep it as simple as possible for ya If you need a little more help just send me a private message, and I will be glad to explain with a little more detail!
