disability tax credit/tax benefit for ADD

Hello, I was researching the process of applying for disability tax credit, I'm wondering if I really could get tax credit for ADD from the government. Has anybody here tried? I've noticed a company that helps you with the process, Canadian Disability Corporation, has anybody heard or worked with them before? Their site is www.canadadisability.ca
