Question What Am I waiting For?

Hey I started on 36mg of Concerta just 2 days ago. I just got off of 30mg of Adderall. My Doc felt that i could achieve more than what i did on Adderall. Well, I was wondering what i should "experience" when i know it's "working"? Also, how long do I wait after not feeling diffrent to try something else? I was just wondering what some of you felt when you and your Doc agreed that it was working and what i need to be on the look out for. I have still had problems with impulse and patience and still some with distraction. At what point do I know when it's "As Good As It Gets"? Well, if anyone has some experience or insight on this please tell me! ThanxXx! _Andrew

Sorry, I forgot to Mention! I also have OCD with anxiety and depression. I am 40mg of Prozac a day. DOes that make any diffrence? Just wondering if anyone knew if the Concerta could ineract with the Prozac?

Prozac might be numbing you a bit. If that's worth it it's OK for a while. I think what you are waiting for is satisfaction (I can't get no).

Sometimes folks around you can tell better than you can if you are changing. I didn't get anything wirth mentioning from the stimulants but the anxiety is apparently the bigger problem. Lots of folks use AD's with ADD meds so that's nothing to worry about, just relating my perspective.

For someone with scarlet tears though you seem sorta ho-hum about things. Am I wrong about that?
