I have the worst PMS today, I feel like I am gonna freak out and kill someone (not literally).
I am so bloated, crampy, and disgusting feeling. And I have to be to work in an hour. And everything makes me wanna cry! Thanks for listening to me whine. |

hubby always makes sure that there's chocolate in the house for me at certain times of the month i wonder why?????????

Chocolate works. Lying on the floor in a fetal position while you cry also works. You can bawl your guts out for five minutes and then get up and do whatever you were doing.

I can't even pretend to realize PMS, I do, however, know of tactics other women have used to combat it.
All I can really say, or rather repeat, is take deep breaths, handle one thing at a time and remember to take the eventual coffe and/or smoke break :-) All I know is at the end of work, I [i]need[i/] a cigarette hehe |

Well I don't smoke, but food becomes my best friend during these times! Especially the sweets.
