My daughter and I are ADHD Inattentive & Impulsive....

and after ALOT of research I have found that I too am ADHD. Also by reading your posts (expecially about the messy house, losing things etc....). My question is my Dr. said that I was depressed ok i can live with that and put me on paxil. Ok i now have no emotions. But I still have all of the other symptoms and now I am tired and getting fat . So now I want to try meds for ADHD and dont have the $$$ for a psych appt. and must go to my family doctor. To see if they will help me. Me and my daughter both have all of the same symptoms and she and I are both edgy. I think mine is because I am miserable on these drugs. So I have an appt with the doc on the 29th. How should I bring my "ADHD THEORY" up to him. I have done multiple online test for ADHD and they all come back "highly probable". UMMM hello I could of told you that!!! So should I bring some test in or just talk to him about it?
