cold hand on vyvanse 60mg
1. Did anyone experience cold hands while on vyvanse?
Generally I feel ok, while the office isn't too warm my cold hands are colder than usual.
2. Also, Is it fair to judge that the vyvanse starts wearing off when I become hungry and also couple hours later tired? but not as in I want to go to bed and sleep (but perhaps I could) but more as I just don't want to really do anything...maybe open 50 browsers on my computer and browse until 12a.m-1a.m and go to bed..which I did almost every single day for the past week.
3. I upped the dose (doctor told me) from 30mg to 60mg, I take it right before leaving my house (around 8am) to work, and have protein drink with it. It takes little over an hour for it to start working, because after an hour my hands get colder and I'm not hungry. However I usually (not always) have another protein bar or cereal bar right after I get to work and before vyvanse kicks in and couple cups of coffee. (they're small), but I do have more coffee as the day progresses.
On 30mg I was able to last only until 1p.m - that's when I started feeling differently and became hungry at the same time, which was ok, however I didn't feel the drug working (and myself doing any work ) after eating (1p.m - 1:30p.m), and around 2-3p.m, I had a massive surge of anxiety that was really unsettling to me. That's when I phoned my doc and was told to try doubling it for few days and see how that works.
Now, on 60mg I feel that it might be lasting until 3p.m. (I still do eat around 1pm, but I'm not super hungry, I just know that I have to eat something)
If I really think hard about it, perhaps 4p.m, (but do start having more coffee after 3p.m) which would be ok as it gets me through most of my work day, however, the evening is the problem. Not only I over eat, but more importantly I still would like to be able to do some work, I would like to start studying for a standardized test, that I've been putting off for the past two years and by putting it off I mean I wasn't able to concentrate for long enough in order to study for it and have some anger issues, that surface in the evening if I get annoyed with little stuff, and will usually regret it the very next morning. (but that's what I always had through out my life, it's not the result of vyvanse, although as it wears of all my symptoms seem to be slightly worse)
4. While I do feel better, in terms of both anxiety and focus on vyvanse, I have a feeling that I became at least at times:
4a. Clumsier
4b. Not as fast thinking/slower
Does anyone else experiences or did, similar problems? Is it pretty normal? Or does it mean that my dose is too much? Is it going to pass?
