Nothing helps

I am an adult male with adhd, and if possible it seems to be getting worse. I have tried lots of meds, nothing helps any more. Several years ago I tried Adderall xr and it worked great for several months then stopped, actually I wanted to stop for fear of getting hooked on it. A couple of years later, wife, said you have got to try something. Besides adhd, that I formerly did not know I had, I have always had bouts of depression,I started on those kind of meds. I went through, Strattera, wellbutrin (made me agrressive), concerta, effexor, finally went back to zoloft. Was taking zoloft plus 60mg of Adderall xr. Zoloft kind of keeps me from flying off the handle but the adderall did nothing. I quit the adderall cold turkey, did not feel a thing. course i did not feel anything when I was taking it. Read, googled etc, am now taking 200 mg zoloft and 50 mg of Vyvanse. might as well take an asparin. by the by I had migrane headaches with I was young and took pain meds for a long time, now it takes a higher dosage of anything to do any good. If that has anything to do with anything. Does zoloft prevent add meds from working, one dr. said they helped, other did not know. Some doctors havent learned that adults can have add. Any advise out there, seems that I am on my own. sorry for the rambling.

Zoloft might be interacting, I hate that medicine personally. Try getting back on only adderall, maybe you need 90mg a day, and you seem responsible enough to not get addicted and if you didn't already are probably not predisposed to it so I would not worry especially if you have had no previous drug problems other then pain meds. If thats no effect try out Desoxyn maybe.
