Search by thread

Is there any way to add search by thread id # to the search page? Some people have posted saying tho look at such and such post. but if u do a search u all thier posts?

There are several ways to search.

If you click on the SEARCH button on the top right of any page in the forum (or click this link: http://www.addforums.com/forums/search.php?)

From there, you can search by User ID, You can search by word or phrase. You can also tell the search engine to search only title of posts, the entire text of a post and a few other options as well. When you see a post that looks like this: http://www.addforums.com/forums/show...p?threadid=939
You should be able to just click on the link and it will take you to the post. Since they are not in sequence by forum, searching by thread ID will most likely be hit-or-miss, which is why its not offered.
