Alternatives to Vyvanse

Hi All,

My 10 year old son had relative success w/Vyvanse X 6 mos w/moderate but tolerable side effects. Stopped working despite 2 dosage increases. Doc appt on Thursday and I'm looking for ideas on a viable alternative. He's the inattentive type. He's been on Concerta and Focalin (short acting) and had horrible emotional swings.

I've read at least 30 different topics where people said vyvanse stopped working suddenly. I guess it happens alot with this medicine. Vyvanse is d-amphetamine XR so dexedrine XR would be the next logical choice.
