The BRIDGES program helps people with mental illness accept and overcome the challenges of a disability. The program is a course based on the principles of learning about facts and learning about feelings. The program was developed by consumers and is taught by consumers. Support groups are held on a regular basis and are facilitated by trained class members from the educational course.

A consumer run drop-in center that serves the needs of those who have been diagnosed with a severe mental illness. Service comes through self-help, advocacy and education in a relaxed environment. As a psycho social community they understand, develop and implement ways to combat the stigma of mental illness through members speaking to other social institutions.
