What are some other ways to fight back hairloss while on adderall?
Nov 10, 2018 - 3:10 PM - by tomgrouncontrol
I'm experiencing some minor hair loss, my widow's peak had been receding ever since taking it a year and a half ago. My dosage is only 15-18mg of the XR, and I never abuse it.

I found that Vitamin B helps it, as well as Vit. C, what are some other preventative ways we can do that worked for you?

Any suggestions on ADD working and inner thoughts?
Nov 10, 2018 - 12:11 PM - by samiejg
I've been trying to look up information on inner thoughts and ADD, but only manage to find stuff about people having negative thoughts.

I'm not really sure what I'm asking here. Maybe I'm just looking for suggestions/advice or to even see if what I'm saying makes sense.

vivid, but not real memories
Nov 07, 2018 - 10:11 PM - by peripatetic
Query: is this an ADHD thing or related to my other issues? I can imagine in a visceral, thechnicolour, consistently precise/detailed Way "memories" of stuff I know I didn't do. I'll give you an example: I have those kinds of near tangible experiences about observing my mum as a child (she's the child) from an "observer" perspective. Clearly this is false insofar as i never casually/analytically/near tangibly lived that given its impossibility.

They are indistinguishable from the... [Read More]

What are the steps of a behavioural therapy ?
Nov 07, 2018 - 8:34 AM - by yentzee
I am 41 and was diagnosed about 18 months ago. I am on medication since then. Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to find a therapist with experience in treating adults with adhd in Germany.
I found someone who claims to to be experienced and I have a good feeling but then my insurance refuses to pay as the necessary qualifications are missing (just a dr and not specialized in psychotherapy or psychiatry).
Now I am completely insecure in what is right and what is... [Read More]

Wednesday Growth Day
Nov 07, 2018 - 5:56 AM - by Jacksper
Every Wednesday I am free from work (having decided to work less and having dropped all my side projects) and a few days ago I decided that I will not only rest on this day, but that this will be my 'Growth Day'. I am not happy with how a lot of my past went and with the trajectory I was on, and I am changing that now. It's a tough process, but I take it on voluntarily and I am ready to do the hard work that is necessary to change.

I was overworked for a while, though the... [Read More]
